The Action Plan Outreach Packet is a set of materials prepared for WMI
Signatory Agencies and Organizations to assist them in the process of
accepting the WMI Action Plan and signing the 2003 WMI Signatory Document.

Plan Executive Summary — A text-only summary of the Watershed
Action Plan, and how and why it was created.

Signatory Document — Revised with a handful of wording changes
to the original 6-page document, making a shift in the WMI from planning
toward implementation of the Watershed Action Plan.
- A suggested Resolution
for groups to use in accepting the Watershed Action Plan.
- A Staff Report recommending
the City of San José accept the Watershed Action Plan and sign
the revised Signatory Document.
